Has successfully managed and directed patient care at prestigious institutions, including: Holtz Children's Hospital at Jackson Memorial Hospital University of Miami Cleveland Clinic in Weston
Combines clinical expertise with strong managerial skills.
Holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA).
Deeply committed to making a positive impact on underserved populations.

How Kare One Began
Born from a Need for Compassion Beyond the NICU
KareOne was created to fill a crucial gap in the continuum of neonatal care: the period after hospital discharge. We saw families overwhelmed by the sudden loss of 24/7 medical supervision, without a clear path forward. Since day one, our mission has been to walk alongside families, providing the care, coordination, and compassion they deserve.
Over time, we’ve expanded our services and refined our care model—but our purpose remains unchanged: to help NICU graduates thrive at home and families feel empowered, not alone.
